ABOUT PAM
Pam Flores was raised within a musical family that produced several professional Tejano conjunto musicans. Her father gifted her with a small acoustic guitar at the age of 8 and Pam began a love affair with music that has been paramount in her life ever since. Propelled by her mother’s enthusiastic support throughout her life, Pam learned to play several instruments including acoustic, electric and twelve-string guitars, clarinet, piano, mandolin, and bass. She began writing her own music at an early age and delved in to several genres.
Pam started releasing instrumental albums and touring the US and Europe in 1992. Pam’s accomplishments include being selected as one of Austin's top 20 guitarists. She was invited to showcase her music by the Texas Music Office to represent the great state of Texas in Cannes, France at the Midem Conference four years in a row; she also promoted other Texas artists while in Europe. Along with touring and performing in an array of large and small musical venues,and festivals throughout the world, including Luchenbach, Texas. Pam has had her music featured in commercials, licensed her music for Corporate Company projects, and films throughout Europe.
While establishing herself within the music industry, Pam also attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice. Pam is back to her first love of writing, producing, and releasing music.
